The House of Cream welcomes new and existing customers to our retail website to browse and purchase our high quality home accessories, soft furnishings and giftware.

Our strap-line is 'Living the Theme'.  We want to help create that theme for you by offering beautiful home accessories, soft furnishings and giftware in cream, or cream with a fusion of colour.

Once you have selected your items and placed them in the shopping basket, you can order and pay securely on this website. Click 'Checkout' and this will take you to the first step in our secure checkout process.

PAYMENT, PRICING AND PROMOTIONAL CODES

Any offers and promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

At various times, we may offer seasonal or promotional discounts on our products. If you have a promotional code, you can enter it by clicking the `promotional code’ link to reveal the field to enter the code. This is case sensitive and should be entered exactly as shown on the promotion.

Please note that terms and conditions apply to all of our promotions and sales.

All promotions are subject to stock availability and promotional codes can no longer be honoured after their 'End Date'.

 

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We use PayPal to securely process on-line payments for most major credit and debit cards. Payment will be taken when we process your order. We do not accept cheques.

 

DELIVERY

We will dispatch your order at the earliest opportunity via Royal Mail for most items. Please ensure that you are available to receive the parcel, as a signature will be required for all deliveries. If you are not available, Royal Mail will leave a card and return the goods to the nearest sorting office for you to collect.
 
If we dispatch your order via Courier, please ensure that you are available to receive the parcel as a signature will be required. If you are not available, the courier will return the item to their warehouse and a further charge will apply for re-delivery.
 
Please advise us of any access restrictions or loading/unloading issues that may be relevant as failure to do so may incur additional delivery charges should the need arise to re-send a different vehicle.
 
Delivery will be within 3-5 working days for all stock items. If, however, you have not received your goods within 7 working days, please contact our Customer Support team on 01252 501862 as we are unable to guarantee delivery times.
 
When you receive your goods, please check your items to ensure that there is no damage. If you suspect your product is broken or faulty, then DO NOT sign for it. Just request for the parcel to be returned to us so that we can deal with your return and re-deliver as soon as possible.
 
UK Mainland only (excluding remote areas and off shore).
For all orders a delivery charge of £4.99 will apply.
